The Hatfield Jolly

And low Saturday arrived and the trip was made to Hatfield to get the lads sheets for washing (bloody students!!!)

I headed to East Croydon to catch the Thameslink but started at Selhurst boarding 2Y95 Victoria to Caterham 455818 and I made across the bridge to make the train on platform 1 which was a 377 but decided that I didn’t fancy that one so I waited and it was worth the wait. at 12:49 1W27 Bedfordto Brighton arrived on platform 3 in the shape of 700115. Then in came my train 1?W30 Brighton to Bedford 700103. As we pulled out of East Croydon 2W33 Bedford to Brighton headed south and I managed to get the number 700112.
Just fractionally south of Norwood Juntion I saw 9D31 West Croydon to Hightbury and Islington 378212.

2C49 Cambridge to Kings Cross 317343 took me back to Kings Cross.
St Pancras International:
Once I had avoid the singing fools and the mind numbingly idiots watching them on the concourse, I got on the platform A and waited for my train. 2V79 Luton to Sutton 319010 came in and on platform B was 1W38 Brighton to Bedford 700115. My train 2W45 Bedford to Three Bridges 377516, 377505 left and the driver announced it would terminate at Gatwick.
2W44 Brighton to Bedford was 700113.
City Thameslink:
