Hi all,

Well my last post was somewhat of a rant on the extremely dire customer service of #VirginTrains last weekend. TWO HOURS late arrival into Glasgow, misinformed repeatedly, de-trained at Preston only to be told to get back on, customers being told to go and get a train on platform 3 (it was pulling out as this was being announced), our train cancelled beyond Carlisle and a the Virgin Train twitter teams about as much use as a chocolate fireguard !
